The role of the rotary motor
The rotary motor is a key component of the slewing mechanism, which
converts the oil pressure provided by the main pump into mechanical
energy and enters it to the gearbox. The quality of its working
performance will directly affect the swing speed, driving torque,
swing stop and parking brake of the whole machine, which is the key
to determining the productivity of the whole machine.
Slewing motors are divided into two egories: low-speed large-torque
motors and high-speed rotary motors.
Low-speed large torque motor is rarely used in the slewing
mechanism of modern excavators due to its large size and heavy
